Where do you ship?
We ship only to a valid address in the United States. For international sales, please contact our Customer Service. Rifles, Pistols, and Lower Receivers can only be shipped to Federal Firearms License (FFL) holders. After receiving your order, we will request you to send us FFL license copy to support@trojanfirearms.com. If you are a dealer – please, fill the form.
What are shipping rates?
Shipping rates and options are provided at the check-out during the purchase. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
How long will it take to receive the order?
Products that are in stock; we typically ship within 24-48 hours during business days. You will receive email/notifications once your order is shipped and you can track it by logging in to your customer account. How long it will take to for you to the order depends on your shipping address and shipping option selection.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We will provide you shipment information with tracking number and details.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel the order prior receiving order confirmation notification/email. Orders can be canceled only by calling our Customer Support (Contact Number: 833-876526(TROJAN)-1)
Order is not received. What happened?
If you received shipping confirmation with tracking details, your order delivery might be delayed due to shipping company delays. We advise you to contact them. In case you did not receive order and shipping confirmation from us after more than 48 hours during business days, please contact Customer Support by sending an email, or call us at 833-876526(TROJAN)-1.
I received wrong item. What should I do?
In the unlikely event that Trojan team has sent you wrong item, we will pay the return shipping cost and replace the item with correct product and/or return the funds. Please fill the return form accessible from your customer account, identifying the error. Our team will handle your inquiry as priority and you will be contacted with further details.
Can I exchange or return?
If for some reasons you are not fully satisfied with Trojan product and wish to return/replace, eligible product may be returned in original packaging for a credit or refund of the purchase within 10 days of purchase or shipment of Product to Buyer, whichever is latest. Our customized product may be subject to 15% restocking charge, as they might have been customized to your particular requirements. We advise you to call us prior submitting the return form to clarify all the details. Eligible return will be proceeded quickly, however, it can take up to four weeks in certain cases due to return from the shipping company and bank processes.
