COVID-19: Response and Continuity Plans

We are focused on protecting the health and well-being of our employees, partners and customers. Our ongoing mission is to prevent or reduce the impact of the pandemic, including crimes related to coronavirus. We’re supporting communities, the U.S. government and other countries, with initiatives that would help to manage the negative impact of coronavirus. And lastly, we’re innovating in the ways we manage our operations to be better prepared for future challenges.

Mission Accepted, Together We Will

"Secure The Land"

KEEPING EMPLOYEES SAFE

We are taking prudent measures to minimize the spread of COVID-19 while we continue to provide essential services.
The majority of our global employees are working from home and we are encouraging flexibility during this period as our teams balance work with caring for their communities.

For those essential employees who will maintain our manufacturing and logistics, we have implemented additional health and safety measures, including maximizing working space, changing shift schedules, and instituting mandatory screening and temperature checks.

We have also implemented a robust paid sick leave policy and other forms of financial support and EAP (Employee Assistance Programs).

COMMUNITY SUPPORT

With COVID-19 now characterized as a global pandemic, we have shifted our philanthropic focus to supporting providers and sourcing healthcare delivery supplies both locally and globally.

In addition, we are providing our employees with opportunities to support and volunteer in the communities where they live and work.

We stand together as a part of this community, whether you are a customer, employee or neighbor. We are committed to doing our part to help communities during this period and beyond.

PERSONAL PROTECTIONS

COVID-19 is changing life as we know it. Due to government programs related to social distancing and “stay at home” orders, crimes in the U.S. have decreased in the short-term. However, even now, domestic disturbances and violence has surged by 10-30% in many places. COVID-19’s negative impact on the country’s economy and growing unemployment signals us about the dangerous future to come. Statistically and historically, crime increases drastically in relation to economical downturns.

Are you and your family protected?
