Q1.
How do I become a Trojan Firearms authorized dealer?
A1.
Q2.
Does Trojan Firearms offer any discounts for my company or profession?
A2.
Yes, we proudly offer a 10% discount for all active/former military/law enforcement personnel. Please submit proof for verification to customerservice@trojanfirearms.com. *Please be advised that if the form or ID you are submitting contains your Social Security Number, it is your responsibility to protect that data.* Lawyer stuff aside, please do not send us your SSN under any circumstance. Use a sharpie or something to black out that data if you are scanning/emailing a copy, or cover it with your finger if you’re just snapping a photo to email. Thank you for your service to our country.
Q3.
How do I purchase a firearm online?
A3.
  1. Locate a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder near you that will accept the transfer of the firearm for you. This can be your local Gun Shop, Gun Range or Pawn Shop that holds a current FFL license and will process your transfer.
  2. If you haven’t already done so, please go here: http://trojanfirearms.com/en/firearms to select and configure your firearm(s) and add them to your cart.
  3. During the checkout process you will use your address for billing, and your desired FFL holder’s address for shipping.
  4. Please have the desired FFL holder email a copy of their license to customerservice@trojanfirearms.com.
  5. Once the order is ready and the FFL has been confirmed; we will ship it to the FFL holders address and send shipping confirmation to you (which will contain order recap and tracking information).
  6. Your desired FFL holder will complete the background check (ATF Form 4473). If you are unable to pass the background check, a refund cannot be processed until the firearms is returned to Trojan Firearms in new/unused/undamaged condition using the original packaging materials. Please inspect the firearm to insure it is what you ordered and wasn’t damaged in transit. *Most FFL holders will charge a fee for the “FFL Transfer.” This is separate from Trojan Firearms, and you as the purchaser are responsible for this. Knowing this, you may want to work this out when you are performing step 1 “Locate a Federal Firearms License holder”.
